Currently, Lifeline Vaal Triangle has 60 active, fully trained counsellors.  It has also established a number of outreaches in the community.  At grassroots level, the services are delivered mostly by trained volunteers.  A few positions and some projects, due to their nature, employ permanent staff.

A comprehensive and reproductive health counselling service is also offered and includes, amongst others, prevention counselling, pre- and post-test counselling, PMTCT counselling, disclosure counselling and adherence counselling.

Both general and advanced courses in personal growth and counselling skills are carried out and adapted to suit the needs of teenagers or corporate bodies.  Talks and presentations are given to schools, churches, institutions, companies, groups and over the radio
